Keradamattam is a small Village/hamlet in Kotagiri Taluk in The Nilgiris District of Tamil Nadu State, India. It is located 29 KM towards East from District headquarters Udhagamandalam (Ooty). In this center, we faced internet connectivity issues on and off, and it was a herculean task to follow up with the local service provider to stabilize the network. One fine day,Tamil Selvan our class assistant of the center and one of the teacher of the school Mercy, took charge of the situation, connected with the locals and resolved the connectivity issue for us and Voila! We were back online with our volunteer teachers seeing the happy faces of kids!
