Rolupadi is a Village in Tiruvuru Mandal in Krishna District of Andhra Pradesh State, India. A quaint village school in Rolupadi, has interacted with many volunteer teachers in the past 2 years. This year, Prathima Nalam, was a teacher for 7th Grade and she taught English to them. A few weeks into class and she was unhappy seeing kids sitting down on floor and studying rather than on benches. She was one volunteer with a big heart; she took the effort to fund benches to kids in that class. Hats off to you Prathima Nalam! You are our unsung hero! Rolupadi school is indebted to you. More than that we are happy to know that you have been an inspiration to other teachers as well, because of you another school in Mallela is also getting desks sponsored by another volunteer teacher.! We are truly speechless prathima!!!

Here are the pictures of the Inauguration Function, The happy face of the kids, and the benches 🙂 🙂
