A Journey of Transformation: From a Private school to a Government school

Shankar Sahukar, a resident of Nilogal, has witnessed the transformative power of eVidyaloka’s online classes over the past six years. His eldest daughter, once a shy 5th-grade student struggling in English and Math, has experienced a remarkable turnaround thanks to the innovative Digital Classroom Program of eVidyaloka.

"Before the online classes, my daughter was hesitant to speak up, participate in activities, and struggled with subjects like Math and English," Shankar recalls. But as she began attending the online sessions, her confidence grew, and her academic performance flourished. Now in 10th grade, she excels in all her subjects and consistently ranks first, impressing both her teachers and peers. "I'm incredibly proud of my daughter," Shankar says, beaming with joy.

The success of Shankar's eldest daughter soon inspired a surprising change within their family. His younger daughter, who was enrolled in a private school, heard about the online classes from friends and made a bold decision—she left the private school to enroll at GHPS Nilogal, the government school offering eVidyaloka’s online education. The move highlights the powerful impact of the program, where students, once hesitant about government schooling, now seek it out for the quality and interactive experience it provides.

Shankar is filled with gratitude. "You are offering free, quality education to the children of our village, something neither private nor government schools have been able to do. Thank you so much, eVidyaloka and NBI NGO. We are truly proud of your work," he shares with deep appreciation.
